So this is was my last semester of intramural basketball. We have had a solid team every semeseter and we go to the semi-finals or quarter finals every year, and every year when the season is over, we always say, "we need a tall guy," but of course we never find one. As you can see we have a wide range of people 5'10" to 6 feet tall.. Every year we get beat by a team that has a guy who is 13 or 17 feet tall. and makes Goliath look like David. This year we lost in the semi-finals to a team that we beat in the regular season. We were down by 20 points with 5 minutes to go and we went on a 17 - 0 run, but we ended up loosing by three. Oh well, we had a great time! My Co-Ed team won the championship. We went through the whole regular season and playoffs undefeated! I figured if I couldn't win against guys, I would have to resort to playing against girls...and that thankfully worked. Alissa was so supportive she never missed a game! I know that the picture of her above looks like she is trying out for a spot on Kiss's rock n' roll band, but she is actually just thirsty because of all the cheering and yelling. In fact, she reminded me a lot of Mom's cheering. If I ever make a shot, she starts to scream and tell me how good I am (even during warm-ups and lay-up lines) and when I miss it she still says I am amazing and remarks how close it was to going in. She even compliments me for doing a good job on the bench. She says stuff like, "even when you were on the bench, you had great posture!" Anyways, i am very appreciative of her support and unconditional cheering!

Scott wants me to take lessons on cheering from Alissa- you'll have to give me a few pointers this weekend!
Congrats on the undefeated season!
