Since this is our first Christmas as a family we (Alissa, Cameron and Stanley) decided to splurge on a great big Christmas tree. It is still up and it is beautifully decorated with 3 semi broken ornaments and white lights (with a white cord that blends into the green branches). It is quite beautiful. We are not sure where we are going to store it because it is so large. See photos below of us posing with our proud tree.
We have also found that since moving to Charlotte, we have become very popular. See Stanley below, posing quite proud wearing his Christmas Stocking amidst our enormous display of Christmas Cards.

Love the tree! We are in the same boat. Where do we put the dang tree!! So we just decided to decorate it according to what the season is. So this month Martin Luther King's face and snowflakes. Next month, hearts and kisses. Give it a try!!!???? he he
