Why We Don't Have Kids

To make sure we were ready for the huge responsibility of raising children, we decided to try to something simple like a rock.
Stanley was a huge success and today is still in one piece and smiling. With this new found confidence we decided to kick it up a notch and try something like a tomato plant.

It started off great; we planted the seeds, watered it daily and gave it the appropriate amount of sunlight.

Then it began to wilt, but we were able to revive it!

And then we forgot about it and it died.

This time revival was not an option. No amounts of water or sunlight could bring our tomato back to life. From our little parenting experiment, it appears as though we won't be bearing fruit of any kind in the near future. We will just stick to our rock shaped like a fat face.

You guys are too funny! Just to let you know we made it and if I told you my story of my two kids on the airplane today, you would want to have a baby tomorrow. Ha, yeah right! Tommy did sleep the entire flight though.

Ha ha! We had a little parenting experiment this week as well, except we tried it out on real live human beings! Jordan and Cody... we are proud to say that they are still alive! We will see if we can make it until their parents return!
